Luigi Sorrentino
Head of Laboratory Services
Luigi joined Nicholls Colton in 1985 as a trainee engineering assistant and worked in the structural design and geotechnical departments of the company before gaining an HNC in Civil Engineering and progressing in the laboratory to Laboratory Manager. Luigi is responsible to the Board for contaminated land analysis, laboratory and site testing.
James Gane BSc (Hons)
Laboratory Manager
James graduated from De Montfort University in 2001 after specialising in analytical chemistry. After working with the synthesis of liquid crystals he joined Nicholls Colton. James has 7 years experience in physical and chemical testing of soil, concrete, asphalt and aggregates and is responsible for site testing, contaminated land analysis and laboratory testing.
