Specialist in Land Condition

Nicholls Colton Geotechnical are one of only 43 organisations in the UK that have a registered Specialist in Land Condition (SiLC) as part of their contaminated land team. Alex Warwick is licensed to complete a Land Condition Record (LCR), and he is listed on the Public Register at silc.org.

This unique and difficult to obtain professional qualification demonstrates a high level of competency in investigating and assessing contaminated land. That the Managing Director of Nicholls Colton Geotechnical is a registered SiLC demonstrates our commitment, expertise and professionalism in the complex field of contaminated land assessment.
