Contaminated Land
We offer the following services:
The preparation of desk studies, together with conceptual models and risk assessments for human health and/or the ground and surface water environment and subsequent evaluation of sites in relation to past usage and proposed end use.
The investigation and assessment of contaminated land in accordance with British Standards, using the CLEA guidelines for human health and/or the Environment Agency P20 tiered risk assessment model for groundwater.
Liaison with EHO’s, NHBC, Environment Agency and others to agree remediation strategies. On-site inspection during siteworks and post-remedial monitoring/ sampling prior to issue of a detailed Validation Report.
